If you are not fully satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date, even if the product has been opened or partially used. A full refund will be issued without condition. We may respectfully ask for feedback regarding your experience, solely to provide more tailored skincare recommendations in the future.

Returns are generally accepted in person at our studio; however, if preferred, you may return the item via post at your own expense.
