By accessing or using the services of K-Beauty in Rome, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system.

• A €10 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the final treatment price.

• Appointments may be rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance, and the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.

• If an appointment is cancelled at least 12 hours in advance, the €10 deposit will be returned as a K-Beauty in Rome gift card.

• For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited.

• Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted future bookings.

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel services when necessary. Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to the client.
