🚗 Appointment Transfer Support Need help getting to your appointment? We offer complimentary transport assistance to and from Piramide Metro Station (just 10 minutes away). Please let us know in advance when booking your session.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings Appointments can be made online through our website up to 12 hours in advance, depending on availability. Cancellations You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before your scheduled time at no cost. Late cancellations (within 12 hours) or no-shows disrupt our schedule and may affect your ability to book future appointments. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in limited access to our booking system. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide the full session and rescheduling may be required. Policy Changes We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website.
