๐ Appointment Transfer Support Need help getting to your appointment? We offer complimentary transport assistance to and from Piramide Metro Station (just 10 minutes away). Please let us know in advance when booking your session.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings: Appointments can be booked online through our website. A โฌ10 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total treatment cost at your visit. Cancellations: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. In this case, the โฌ10 deposit will be issued as a cancellation credit and recorded on your account. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the โฌ10 deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows disrupt our schedule and may affect your ability to book future appointments. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in limited access to our booking system. Use of Cancellation Credit: Cancellation credit is non-refundable and may be applied toward the final service cost of a future appointment. A new deposit is still required at the time of booking and the credit will be deducted at your visit. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide the full session and rescheduling may be required. In such cases, the deposit is non-refundable. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website.
