Cancellation Policy
Bookings Appointments can be booked online through our website. A €10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost at your visit. Cancellations You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before your scheduled time at no cost. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment or do not show up, the €10 deposit is non-refundable. Late cancellations and no-shows disrupt our schedule and may affect your ability to book future appointments. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in limited access to our booking system. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide the full session and rescheduling may be required. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded. Policy Changes We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website.
