Service Description
A personalized one-to-one skin consultation designed to help you truly understand your skin and build an effective, sustainable routine. During this session, we will: • Assess your current skin condition • Identify concerns and barrier health • Review your current products • Create a customized routine strategy • Guide you on ingredient layering and usage The full €30 is converted into credit, valid for 30 days, which can be used toward products or treatments. €30 Consultation = €30 Credit The full €30 is converted into a credit you can use toward products or treatments within 30 days from the date of your Skin Analysis Session. Credit rules: Valid for 30 days Can be used for products, treatments or workshops Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Cancellation Policy
Bookings: Appointments can be booked online through our website. A €10 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total treatment cost at your visit. Cancellations: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. In this case, the €10 deposit will be issued as a cancellation credit and recorded on your account. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the €10 deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows disrupt our schedule and may affect your ability to book future appointments. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in limited access to our booking system. Use of Cancellation Credit: Cancellation credit is non-refundable and may be applied toward the final service cost of a future appointment. A new deposit is still required at the time of booking and the credit will be deducted at your visit. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide the full session and rescheduling may be required. In such cases, the deposit is non-refundable. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website.
